The '''Rājanaika''' the [[Azuli]] secret police, members of the feared Intelligence Directorate. They occupy a special place in the Azuli hierarchy, and are outside the normal chain of command. They have special legal powers, and in most cases are above the law, with the ability to arrest members of the public and even the military without due process.

To be considered for a position as a Rājanaika an individual must be a member of the ruling political party with no blemishes on your record (or even have family with questionable records), and have proven yourself as completely loyal to the regime. They are completely dedicated to their work, and are known to be violent and savage in carrying out their duties.

The Rājanaika are based in the Intelligence Directorate facility on board [[The Helix]].
