Admiral of the Fleet is both a rank and position in the Royal Tyrin Navy. It is only activated in times of great need and ranks above the rank of Admiral, and commands the entire Navy even over the First Lord of the Admiralty. His Grace The Duke of Waverley was the Admiral of the Fleet during the Second Azuli War.
