TSS Swift, K272 was a Savage-class frigate of the Tyrin Navy. She was under the command of Captain Harl Dryden as part of Lord Zuko's detachment to patrol the Grafton system, with Lieutenant Jaia Harville as his Executive Officer.
Swift discovered the hidden alien base on an asteroid, and when exploring Captain Dryden was killed by it's defensive system. Command of Swift was then transferred to Lord Archer. This transfer was completed shortly before the Battle of Grafton. Lord Archer retained command of Swift until he was given command of Astute, and Commander Cal Doric then assumed command. Swift then joined Astute as part of the newly-formed Strike Squadron 42, and embarked on the Lower Marches Campaign.
Swift was also present in the skies of Alkirk for the Battle of Alkirk under Captain Doric, and once the fight in Alkirk turned in Tyrin's favor Swift was dispatched to assist in the defense of Orbital Station Castle.
