'''TSS Valiant''', F217 was an Archer-class frigate of the Tyrin Navy. She was under the command of Commander [[Jera Crosse]], with Lieutenant Commander [[Alcide Brenner]] as Executive Officer. The Marine Detachment was under the command of First Lieutenant [[Kel Drinn]].

The Archer-class was once of the newest classes of ships to be developed following the 2nd Azuli war, using a merging of existing Tyrin technology, and experimental Tyrin and Azuli technologies. ''Valiant'' was the second of her class.
