AP-34

AP-34 is a repulsor-driven Prowler 1000 security and surveillance droid designed by Arkayd Industries, a more advanced version of the seeker droids used extensively by the Republic during the Clone Wars. A Prowler can be used simply for sentry duty, or if given a target can be used to locate, surveil, and even eliminate a target. It has an array of sensors, a single light blaster, and arms that allow it to lift enough to carry a body as proof of capture. Prowlers are very agile.

AP-34 was a brand new unit included as part of the mission equipment provided to the 51st Storm Commandos for their mission to Arktus in BBY3, and was in a transport pod planted as part of a supply cache. Of the two people who knew the location of the cache, Sergeant Pender was killed in action and Captain Dorn was injured and medevaced - so the supplies were never recovered. Over two years later, Cage and Rafe Aquilla returned to Arktus to salvage the supplies, including AP-34. Before activation the droid's memory was wiped, but his base programming still left him aggressive and suspicious, and though he has instructions not to kill without specific instructions, he will still habitually threaten to blast people.
