Kotu

Kotu is a crime boss who lives on the pirate planet Tal Haliim. He is of Hahn descent. He owns a restaurant and nightclub called The Golden Lily, and is the owner of two indentured servants who perform there for him, Chaeli and Jisia.
It was Kotu who first hired Mike Houghtaling and AJ Olsen (believing they were the assassins Cage and Mr. White) to assassinate the aging gangster Boran Jarrett for the price of thirty-thousand credits. He was acting as an intermediary for Boran Jarrett's son, Tercei Jarrett who wanted to take control of the organization.
After Mike and AJ returned Princess Emilie to Tyrin, a war began between Kotu and Tercei's organizations, and both have put prices on the heads of AJ and Mike.
