The AP-34 is a repulsor-driven Prowler 1000 security and surveillance droid designed by Arkayd Industries. A Prowler can be used simply for sentry duty, or if given a target can be used to locate, surveil, and even eliminate a target. It has an array of sensors, a single light blaster, and arms that allow it to lift enough to carry a body as proof of capture. AP-34 was originally programmed to complement Imperial Storm Commandos, so the droid's memory was wiped when salvaged by the crew of Razor's Edge, but his base programming still left him aggressive and suspicious, and though he has instructions not to kill without specific instructions, he will still habitually threaten to blast people.
